hey guys i promises this is my last slin post
just wanted to know wat your previous cycles have been using slin and your post slin meals and drinks were
this info would be great as this will help me alot
im thinking ov going up to 12iu daily starting at 2and working my way up
im not sure whether to take once or twice and day im definatly will be taking after training with a 60g glucose and 60g protein shake
followed by a medium meal consisting ov potatoe,rice,pasta,varoius other carb sources plus a meat portion making up 50 - 60g protien
i will also be carrying a glucogen kit with me and various fast acting carbs sugar,glucose just in case
