Just wondering if you notice better results from taking insulin 2-3x per day versus just post-workout. I have built up to 10iu PWO since last Friday, and am wondering if maybe I should try adding 5-10iu in the morning. Thanks in advance.
i had a buddy who tok it and complained about it casue all it did was make him fatter and he didnt even eat any carbs. lmfao. this is why stupid people should not inject things into them selves i guess.
well that was dumb of him...if he was eating fats instead of carbs then that explains that. that is why i will not sell insulin to anyone i know, they are too damn stupid to take it.
