Insulin with cycle

Alright going to start a cycle of D-bol 40mg Ed wks 1-4, Test E 750mg/wk, Deca 600mg/wk. for 10 wks. I was thinking of adding some insulin in there to help get even bigger but was unsure of when to start and what doses to use. I have messed with insulin before taking doses of 10+IU's 3 times a day with no problem. just not sure if I need to take this much or just maybe right after lifting, and when to start during my cycle, from the get go or in the middle.

Dude... for insulin, stick with Humalog... 10iu post workout injected bilaterly into the muscles you just worked ... this means half the syringe on one side and half on the other... you should probobly fill the syringe with b12 after drawing your 10iu of slin....

the rule of thumb is that you take in like 10g per iu of insulin... honestly i find thats way too much... 5-5.5 per gram is good enough for me... but I dont recomend you start there...start high and work your way down untill you find what is acceptable for you.... meaning... the lowest you can go before you start feeling tierd and lightheaded. You only need to take slin post workout to get the most out of it.... dont eat a lot of fat 2 hours before and 2 hours after injection.. just dexatrose and whey protien...

here is how you should do it:

*Preload Humalog in an insulin syringe. Cut the compounds with injectable B12. Bring syringe to the gym in a cooler with food.*


Postworkout Shakes:

*Shake 1 (Celltech)*

75g Dexatrose
10g Creatine Monohydrate


*Shake 2 (Protein)

60-80g Whey Protien


Method:

1) Finish workout
2) Go out to truck/car/ whatever the fuck you drive :rolleyes:
3) Inject Humalog, and B12 mix into muscle group just worked
4) Wait 5 minutes
5) Drink Shake 1
6) Wait 15 Minutes
7) Drink Shake 2
8) Wait 1.25 - 1.5 hours later and have a solid meal (High protien, Good Carbs, No fat)
