ok...pics of dead babies. iraqi babies i presume? so fuckin' what? what does that prove other than they're dead? who killed them? hmmm...going by your posts in the other thread, i guess the US soldiers are responsible. hey, got any pics of the rape rooms that saddam used? what about the other torture chambers used by the same man? any pics of the iraqi soccer team that was beaten for losing? what about pics of the kurds that saddam killed.

and i read the article you were referring to. al jazeera newspaper. so who gives a flying fuck what those terrorist loving people say or think? do i have sympathy for al jazeera? no! they were rejoicing just as much as the next arab when the towers fell and the penatagon was hit.
for your info, i did click on "continue" a couple of times. more dead pics. whoop-dee-fucking-doo. then a newspaper column came up. and low and behold, another bush bashing article by who? oh yeah...the liberal media, thats who.
and maybe seeing dead pics doesnt bother me that much because of what i saw and what i had to do at the world trade center when someone flew a fucking plane into them. so you see my friend, i have seen death up close and personal. no, not in a funeral home, but up close and dirty. smelling since the bodies started decaying already. removing parts of people as opposed to the whole person. cutting pieces of someones leg just to get a DNA sample so that his family would be able to have some closure.
yes, bin laden was responsible for those infamous flights. but also, saddam was on good terms with bin laden and quietly applauded the mess.

9/11 was horrible no doubt. It never should have happened, and is a true tragedy. However, post 9/11 the U.S. has been acting ridiculous also. We are running around with claiming righteous indignation and burning the bridges of our allies just because they disagree with us. Please. We should be past this as a society, pre-emptive war is not kosher anymore, we have moved past feudalism a long time ago.
What bothers me more are the erosion of civil liberties. The patriot act is ridiculous, and the fcc is going ape shit over everything. Ephedra is banned, so is androstenedione, and the media has its underwear in knots over steroids. Bush even mentioned the sauce in his state of the Union address! I believe that Bush has us on a hellfire and brimstone chase, and will only lead to bad things. Plus, I really dislike most everybody in his cabinet, except Colin Powell. I am not a flaming liberal, but I see dangerous trends in America. I think the most dangerous trend is fierce patriotism that extends to the leaders. This kind of patriotism gives the leaders enormous power and leeway...when in my opinion they should be figureheads of the publics opinion. I am all about checks and balances and keeping the balance of power in check, and patriotism that extends to the leaders doesn't accomplish that~Sensational
