Intermediate/advanced workout routines

Hi all,

Just wondering what your favorite intermediate/advanced workout routines look like. I'm gonna be spending a lot more time in the gym and could use something a little tougher than what I've been doing.

That's a good point. I'd say training for strength and trying to get lean gains.

Some programs I'd consider:

Texas Method, 5/3/1, Cube, Sheiko, and maybe a few others.

Out of those for strength I would choose sheiko and Texas Method.

Other types of training I particularly like but they don't come in programs per se but block periodization, daily undulating periodization, and an RTS style template
