Hello Meso people. I'm cycle free so far and this seems like a great place to learn and make a well-informed decision. Well, sort of... There's a lot of super physiological testosterone and bro science floating around, but that just makes things a little more interesting. I find that learning from personal experiences can be far more rewarding as long as I can find the line between knowledge and ego.
I'm 40 yo and have been weight training off and on since HS. My diet isn't very scientific but it's high protein, low-Ish fats and carbs, not enough whole grain and I avoid soda and most sweets (except ice cream -- I fucking love ice cream and I need to dial that back).
When I first stopped drinking 6 years ago my diet was in check and I was about 12% bf. I did about 10 months in the fed (yeah it wasn't too long) and the diet went to shit and picked up a few more %. I'd say i'm about 16 now?
I'm in the gym 4 days a week and now I'm looking for an extra boost. I've been dabbling in a ghrp2/mod grf blend and love the results so far. Now, I'm interested in running a test-only cycle with this to see what the outcome will be. I'm not interested in getting really big, but I love seeing my body change.
I'm in the US and have been reading a lot of the ug threads to see if there's a decent/'reputable' state-side supplier so I don't have to deal with customs bs. I think I'm getting things narrowed down, but this is a tough crowd and I often see conflicting statements about the same source. I'll probably just have to take the plunge and see on my own. Any way... I'll do my best to contribute, read as much as possible before I ask and when/if I do run a cycle, I'll post bloods with hopes that it will be informational.
