Intro from Downunder

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for reading this intro of mine. And thank you to all those that keep this place online. It seems it has been established for quite some time, which makes it great to hopefully learn from the wealth of knowledge and experience within.

First of all, it's been quite a journey to even find this place, but I do appreciate that fact that most mainstream online communities restrict the ability to share or advertise, and on top of that if inherently forces those to dig deep and research to discover resources such as this site, which may discourage the drive by type users.

I am a 45-year-old male from Australia. I have a full time IT professional job and perform Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on a daily basis, not professionally but at a high amateur level. I used to powerlift in my mid 20s but now I do not do any weights.

As you get older you start to notice the tapering off of the performance of the body. The injuries occur and take longer to heal, the stamina and endurance declining and just the overall motivation, determination to train at a high-level waning. Not to mention the inability to maintain the weight which has slowly increased over the past couple of years despite the high intensity exercise. Some friends had advised looking into some performance enhancing materials, but I had never delved into anything like that, nor did I have any knowledge of how to.

Bring on 2 years ago, I incurred an injury due to Osteitis Pubis, a tendinopathy on both of my groins that basically impacted my ability to lift my legs off the ground. Major impact to my training ability and day to day activities. I visited GP's, multiple physio therapists, Sports Physicians, 2 Cortisone Shots all to no avail. Alot of strengthening work and rehab, although the surrounding muscle is a lot stronger, the issue has still remained to this year. This was just an inflammation injury occurring on some tendons that attach to the pelvis. I've spent a lot of money on scans and appointments and all the crap but none of our medical professionals have been able to resolve my issue. This led me to looking for alternative options as the next options advised to me was surgery. Surgery for me is not an option.

I found an online men's performance clinic legally operating in Australia. They advised that we could try some peptides and look into some TRT therapy to boost other mens health issues.
Blood work was done with the following results:

Tested | Units | Ref Range
Testosterone | 6.8 nmol/L | 6.0 - 28.0
SHBG re-std. | 23 nmol/L | 15 - 50
Free Testosterone | 157* pmol/L | 200 - 600

According to the Doc, these were valid ranges for me to be eligible under the Australian guidelines for Testosterone replacement therapy.

Since I am working on having a baby with the missus, he stated not to go down the TRT route but to use some other protocols to help my own T creation.

BCP 157 - 2IU 5 x Weekly - For tendon injury
DHEA - 1 Capsule 1 X a day - Help in increasing T
HCG - 2IU 5 x Weekly - Help increasing T

So, I have been on the BCP 157 since the start of Jan. I have noticed an incredible improvement on my injury. It's fantastic. I have had this issue for 2 years now, and now I finally see some light at the end of the tunnel.

I have only started the DHEA and HCG a few days back, I am yet to notice any difference here.

So, a week back, I received a letter from the prescribing clinic stating that their license to prescribe hormone replacement medications had been restricted.

Bummer.

I have been searching for another Australian provider to prescribe specifically the BCP 157, since this is providing me some good results. But to no avail.

It seems the Australian government is forcing me to look for alternative sources. Hence my joining of this forum.

TLDR,

BCP 157 is working for an injury for me, and no longer obtainable for me in Australia. Looking for an alternative source.

I will be doing my due diligence and researching everything that I can in this place before attempting to even source anything If I do at all.
Thanks for reading and have good day.

Cheers.
