Hey everybody. I'm 5"11 180 round 10-12% body fat. Been lifting on and off since bout 2006. More seriously for a while in 2012 then quit till January 4, 2015. My bench is 235x5 and squat is 315x5 nothing to special. Trying to get up to 200+ lbs. Goals: bench 400x5 and squat 600x5.

Welcome. From what I've been thru on the web, it's better to sit back and do your research before you jump into anything. Invest your time before you invest your money. Cheers and enjoy.
 
Thanks everybody for the advice. I tend to jump into things to quick before I know everything. I just love seeing constant results. I've gained about 20 lbs and have gotten more lean in the past month and a half but I think it's just the getting back into shape again. Starting to slow down but still pretty constant on lifts. Body weight staying pretty constant at 180 for like 2 weeks now
 
Welcome to MESO! When you are able to bench press 315 for about 10 strict reps... you'll pretty much be ready for that 400 bench! But pressing 400 5X? That's another story, and a long way off! Good luck in your training!
 
I can't find my other thread on here so hope it's ok of I ask here. I wa taking deca 200 3 weeks ago. 500mg pinned for 2 weeks then was advised on here to stop so I did. This is now 3 weeks later and my balls have shrunk and dick is like a soft noodle. What can I do to fix this? Can't get hold of the guy I got the deca from.
