Intro

Afternoon, just wanted to leave an intro post.
Nearly 40, only started adding gear the last few years once I felt I did all I could do without. Been athletic and in gyms most my life, from HS to sports to boxing and BJJ in my 20's/early 30's..... been lifting for strength the last few years, some of it my own blind programing then with a 5/3/1 program. Now after some studying of the Golden Era been concentrating on more of a Classic BB routine and loving the results.
Hope to bring some decent advice or knowledge to the board and look forward to learning more.
