Well here we go again! Been out of the mix for a while now with job stuff and school. Job has settled down again and degree is in the books, pun intended, lol. Still an avid fan of enhancing the physique as I'm nearing 40. Currently around 235 @ 6'2". Not sure of BF but mirror check makes me feel accomplished. Thanks for the approval and hope everyone is doing well! Never give up!!
