Right now I’m doing a low dose test e and deca on one week and a test c and nandrolone cyp dose the second bouncing between the two.
Mainly here to broaden my knowledge base. Not counting the dbol cycle early on, I lifted for about 20 years going from 145 to 185 before hitting a wall. My main goal is to use some of the “milder” compounds with reps for giving clean gains to sort of ghost my way up to 200lbs over 3-5 months. Though the joint relief aspect of nandrolone is so touted I had to try it. I’m not in a good spot in life to suddenly gain a huge amount of size or to become too conspicuous, but 15lbs gained steadily seems like something that could fly under the radar.
