Lurker finally making an account after a lot of reading and learning before deciding to dive in.

Been back in the gym for about 3 years now, after a 10 year break due to life and being a lazy fuck. Exploring beginner cycles, and trying to be as safe as possible while running it.
  • Age: 35
  • Height: 5'111"
  • Weight: 184
  • Body Fat: 12% to 14%
  • Training Experience: last 3 years consistently, on and off since age 16 inconsistently
  • Cycle History: 0
  • Current Goal: Re-comp, 10%BF
  • Supplements: Creatine, Zinc, Mag-G, NAC, DIM
  • Next Cycle Plan: Currently researching Mast E and Anavar. 20 weeks of Mast @ 200mg and the last 4 weeks running Var for the last little push. Plan to keep my TRT @ 100mg as my doctor runs bloods monthly.

Current stack consists of:
TRT (script) 50mg (Mon/Thurs)
Reta 2mg (Mon/Thurs)

Just want to say thanks to this community for all the knowledge and help its giving me so far, and I'm sure ill get bashed for the above cycle consideration. I am all ears for a change up or recommendations I should look into!

We share very similar stats, you're ahead of me on years lifting and BF% when I started.

Seems like youre not an idiot and have a good start with your trt and reta.

I understand your trt doctor runs bloods, if you are looking at Mast, have you considered just ditching him and supplying it yourself and doing your own bloods?

Not that you asked for this, but I found Mast to be pretty underwhelming. You should try primo or Eq.

Up your Test dose + 200 primo/eq + little anavar = chefs kiss.

Lotta people will say just do test for your first cycle so you can identify negative side effects.

If you're like me and a little impatient, I spent the first 8 to 10 weeks of test only to understand how it impacted me, then added primo.

I also ditched the creatine after upping my test to 250mg. The test was what I hoped creatine was

Its been on my mind to go that route (UGL), between pricing and labs. My worry on that is with my travel for work, I have to fly out every other week, and my luck I'd end up dealing with TSA with no script.

I will also say 100mg a week puts me right at 900 or so TT, can't imagine where 250mg would put me lol. (2 days after injection)

Maybe I'll give it a try for a second cycle or cut it short if I'm not seeing/feeling anything different at 12 weeks?

What I worried about with primo is how many people i see saying it crashed their e2.

With EQ many say it is more on the bulking side? Did you find it to dry you out?

Reason I was heavily leaning Mast/Var is they seem to be easier on lipids. Did you find the your labs were still in the green after switching?

Sorry for so many questions, just want the whole picture, but this gives me more to explore especially the EQ.
