hey yall!!
i’m nile and im from canada!
my start with roids was probably not the same as most of yall. I am transgender & have found it extremely hard to access gender affirming care where I live. as such, I started down the road of DIY HRT. I was quick to learn that the gold standard for this stuff is upheld by you guys
it’s been about two years of being on testosterone for me, but recently i’ve been debating expanding my horizons.
As of right now, my goals are to recomp. I still feel like i still have a very “feminine” fat distribution, so i feel like leaning out while building muscle is my best bet to combat my insecurity while i await top surgery. My main “sport” has been canoe tripping, i love everything about it! To stay active while not on trips, i’ve been abusing my rowing machine & doing some weight training
honestly my diet is shit right now, but i try to make the best of it. it’s mainly various bars and protein drinks. If yall have any suggestions for depression that would be great (peptides, vitamins, or really whatever)!
my current protocol:
GLP-1: 2mg/week (wanna switch for reta)
ghk-cu: 1mg/day
test e: 200mg/week
accutane: 100~mg/day
omega 3: 1000mg/day
reactine: 10mg/day
clen: 80 μg/day 2 week on/off
stuff i’d like to add to my regimen:
B12: 5000mcg/day
magnesium oxide: 420mg/day
blueberry concentrate pills (might be retarded but i’m scared what the whole no fruits and veggies thing is doing to me)
d3 + k12

I’d love to hear your thoughts on my vitamins/peptides
