Hi All,

I am new to the online show and blogging. I recently started working out 6 weeks ago at a gym near by and am 110% dedicated to losing weight (fat) and getting in shape. At the gym i noticed alot of "wrestler" type bodies and was so ignorant on the topic until one day i noticed the yellow plastic bin on the wall in the boys room and thought wow, there is alot of diabetics here lol.

Alright, in all seriousness I am new to the scene and am 6'1. I am sadly 245 lbs. I have a sedimentary work life and 4 kids to boot. I have reached my limit with gaining more and more weight. I have lost 10 pounds since starting at the gym with a trainer and put on quite a bit of muscle. I know i will get blasted for the next part i will mention but that is what has brought me here. I recently was online and ordered some Test E, Arim and D,Bol. I am taking 500mg test e. ,
.5 mg (half tablet) Arim EOD and actually haven't used the D-bol since it is my first cycle.

I am looking for as much help as I can find on here as I want to be able to have the energy to be able to do things with the kids. Unfortunately, with my lifestyle the past 7 years Ir has taken a toll on me.

On a side note, I quit smoking 3 years ago (after 18 years o.0) and do not drink Alcohol anymore. I have started a diet with only fruit, vegetables, chicken, turkey, fibre, and all that good stuff and havent touched fast food in over a month.

Anyways,

Out of all the message boards i have heard of, this one seems to be more subtle compared to others that constantly bad mouth each other o.0

Sincerely,

David

Welcome to meso, bro. IME it's best to get down to a low bf% then start AAS. You are far from ever needing steroids to make progress..build a solid foundation and reach your natural limits before coming to the dark side.

You should lift for a minimum of 2 years before pinning anything, right now your joints and ligaments are not prepared for what the juice will bring and could end up with serious injuries. In 6 weeks it's doubtful you have even learned proper lifting form and made mind to muscle connection.

Not trying to cut you down man but you'd be surprised what hardwork, dedication and proper will do for you naturally.
