Hey guys I've been hanging out in the bars to long and went and got married, so my life is changed completely. i wrestled and lifted when I was younger and need to get back in shape since my wife was gymnast and has exercised "all her life"
My stats
AGE: 32
Weight; 195
H; 5' 9"
BF; averages 15% (+ or - 5% really)
:wtf: ANOTHER NEW GUY :banghead: :explode:
Goal to stay in shape. (Nope I'm also not going to hit anyone up for sources since it looks like there is plenty of threads to keep me busy during my down time)
No I'm not going to imply I envy Arnold because I don't. Yep I'm good with me BUT
im always looking for ways to improve my workouts, exercise routine. diet, or drugs which may help.
Yea i've done three cycles before, the first TWO were with Test only, and the last one about 1 years ago included Test and Masteron.
I have a Bachelors degree in Biology so am familiar with a certain degree of exercise physiology WHICH has become a hobby of mine. (Reading about it) Not that I'm suggesting I've enough knowledge to be considered a source at all.
Really that's why I joined Meso there are so many people here that really seem to practice what they preach AND frequently cite evidence to support that approach, and that is absolutely AWESOME, in my opinion.
Finally I expect no handouts, freebies or to be "spoon fed" and if my questions become that lame, some thing like, try Googling it is usually sufficient [

Cheers
