Hello everyone, I spent a month or so pouring over all the information available and made the decision to join at the end of March. Since accepted on 3/29/17, I have enjoyed reading the forums and have a good idea of the no nonsense environment here. I'm about to turn 46 on Friday and have only been lifting 1 1/2 years. I chose Meso as my home for information and knowledge because this seems to be the best site based on all I have been to.
