Hey everyone,
My name is Callum, and this is my introduction.
I study in the Netherlands currently, but I am originally from England.
I've been lifting consistently now for approximately 4 years, with a relatively healthy diet for the first 3 years, and a macro tracked diet for the last 9 months.
As for my normal life:
I am just a regular gym rat, who is also a student. I love dogs, and most animals to be honest. I used to do sailing, kickboxing, and also athletics.
History and future with PEDs:
The plan is start my first cycle in November of 2023, I've done my research quite well and am already getting bloods every two weeks. So all advice and little tips you guys wish you knew the first time you started would be extremely appreciated!
