HI everyone, just wanted to quickly introduce myself. Im in my early 40's and just starting to get back into health, fitness, body biukding. I started to lift as an adjunct to scholatic wrestling in my mid-teens (15, 16 years of age) but for a host of reasons, I left the gym and returned less than 10 occassions in the last 15 years.

While I've been newly dedicated to returining to the basics (nutrition/diet, proper exercise regimen and displine), I'm always seeking more knowledge from those who have answers to questions that you can't find from a google search (or even in most medical textbooks, for that matter). I look forward to learning from you all. Thank you!
