I'm a new member, I'm 45 and live in Vancouver, Canada. I have been reading a bit in here and I have not found what I was looking for exactly. I have been taking TRT for 10 ish years and I was hoping to get off. I have a specialist but it has been hell. I spent last year lowing my dose. But once I got down to 1 pump, I take the gel. I was not able to sleep and the hot and cold flashs are no joke. I was prescribed, something to help. But it made me emotional. Does anyone have any suggestions. I'm at the point of just going back up and stay on it forever.
