Hey! I’m a 5ft and 11 inch, 38 year old male, current weight 173 down from 200.
Current protocol
Reta 2.5mg one time per week
Test cyp 300mg split Monday and Thursday 150mg each.
Masteron P 250 per week also split into Monday and Thursday.
Hgh 3 to 4 iu every night before bed.
I’m here to learn as much about using peds as safely as I can and as efficiently as I can. Also how to get the most benefit out of them as well. This seems like a great place for all of that. Thanks!

Ok update. My current weight is 164.4lb. Also change in my dosing. I have changed to 250mg per week test cyp, 125mg Monday, 125mg Thursday. 100mg masteron per week, same way 50mg Monday, 50mg Thursday I have put a hold on the other peds for the time being. I’m still using Reta at about 2.5 to 3mg per week. So my reason for cutting back is my ldl. It came back 3 times what it was before I started. I did mix in a little TrenAce after my first introduction post. Sept 4th. I started at a low “micro” dose at about 5mg per day, then after a couple weeks up to 10mg ED and then 15mg ED. Only side effect I had was increased resting heart beat, and started to have some night sweats. Maybe a little paranoia at first as well but that seemed to go away. It seemed to boost my cut progress and I’m down to 164.4. Very close to my goal. My LDL was 113 about 2 months before the start of my cut and use of peds. I’m ashamed to say but it’s now 300. I know peds will skew lipids some. My hdl actually improved 10 points to 39 from 29. Im had been eating relatively healthy not perfect but, this increase has caused me to tighten up. I have a strong suspicion Tren really helped to raise my ldl more so then the other peds, but idk. I’m now asking for help and advice on how to get this back under control. What would be my best bet? Cut back on and or go off any peds?Suppliments, increase cardio? I know I’m leaving a lot of info out but I will answer any questions. Thanks!
 
Man, tren ace for a relative ped noob is a bold move. But who am I to tell another person what to do.
I did tren ace on my second cycle lol

But anyways, Id be tempted to stop the tren and mast, and get a different auxiliary, like primo or eq.

See how you do on those.

Or just do a test only cycle.

Yeah it was too soon to use Tren. I know that. I must say I loved the way it worked and I must react pretty good to it. Good to know for later if I ever decide to give it another try. I’m deff concerned about getting my ldl down to a somewhat acceptable amount. Do you think going off the Tren will help quite a bit? I know it prob will some but will it go back to my baseline? Thanks!
 
Some people may chime in here but you should really start a new thread in the steroid forum. You’ll probably get more replies/advice there.

By making your training your focus and priority. Then food. Then sleep. Then drugs.

Im sorry that’s what I meant about leaving out alot of info and would answer any questions. I do 3 days a week strength training. Every training day I do half an hour of cardio on treadmill before I leave. Monday is upper body chest, shoulders, triceps. Wednesday is back, biceps and cardio mostly. Friday is lower body, and possibly abs. Every work out day tho I try and get 30 mins of cardio last thing. Im using muscle milk protein powder and have several supplements to wich I haven’t been taking them all. Magnesium, zinc, vitamin b3, niacin, krill oil and a couple more. The Reta is so much that I can’t eat a whole lot and when I take some of those suppliments it makes me vomit less then an hour later. I’m new so I’m sure I’m leaving something out. I would be glad to answer any questions about my work outs and or diet or just any info you need for advice. Thanks!

I don't hear a single thing in any of that which would warrant the use of PED's

Don't use drugs just to use drugs.

Spend your money on a coach/trainer

Buy the sports nutrition book I linked you.

Ditch the Reta, nobody needs that shit at 163lbs. With tren in the stack you should not loose weight anyway, just fat. Are your sure your gear isn't bunk? Did you have abs at 200lbs? You should, at least if you run that stack for longer than 8 weeks. If not, your gear must be bunk.

Can you grow a solid beard? I'd go for that look and wear flannel shirts. That will put you in the right mindset for growth. Works every time for me. When I wear them, people know growth season just started. Like people know its Hammer Time, when MC Hammer puts on his Hammer Pants.

No sir, I didn’t have abs at 200lb. I actually had a fairly good size gut and man boobs. I just now have gotten to the point where I can start to see an outline of abs. No seperation or clear definition yet. From looking at examples of body fat percentage pics I match closely to 18 maybe 19%. I know this is a guess and not accurate, just trying to describe to you my size. I have stopped using anything other then test cyp 250mg per week, and still Reta as of this week. My t level was 280 before I went on test cyp. It’s ugl and at 300mg per week it was 1293. It was wrong of me to use Tren so early I know but it’s done and over and I don’t plan on using it anymore. So I should drop the Reta at this point and just focus on nutrition and working out from this point on?
