Hey everyone!
New member here - 47-year-old guy from Germany, excited to join the community.
A bit about me: Three years ago I had a wake-up call in the form of a heart attack. That was the turning point. I completely overhauled my lifestyle, got serious about training, and dropped about 50 kg in the process. Best decision I ever made.
Life is good right now, I run my own company, business is going well, my wife has been incredibly supportive through the whole journey, and honestly, things are great across the board. But I'm the kind of person who always wants to do a bit more. I'm not done yet.
I'm currently on what my doctor considers a higher-dose TRT protocol, all under supervision with regular bloodwork. Now, I realize that what counts as "higher" for someone like me just starting out is probably laughable by the standards of most guys on here - but for a post-heart-attack beginner, it's on the higher end. Given my cardiac history, staying safe and informed is priority number one, which is exactly why I'm here. I want to learn from people with real experience.
Looking forward to reading, asking questions, and contributing where I can. Glad to be here.
