Not a big guy by any means, but take into consideration that Im not trying to become a monster either. I boxed for quite a while and would like to maintain my build, just get a little bigger. I was 168 for many years at 6' tall. Im now 198-201-ish depending if I pooped yet or not, lol! Anyway, Im going to start a cutting cyle shortly here. For now here I am. Take it easy on me.

Finally..LOL you look great! Are you done with boxing? i give you guys credit who do those sports where you have to manipulate ur wt so dramatically.

Thanks sporty! Yeah, Im pretty much done with the competitive aspect of boxing, but am a fill-in trainer now. Im 38 so my reflexes arent what they use to be. Ive met alot of good guys along the way. I damaged the hell out of myself as well. Fractured orbital socket was the worst, but it could have been worse in this sport. At any rate, thanks for the support sporty!

Looking pretty lean and mean
I can really invisage a great physique after another couple of cycles.
I think you should forget the cutter and do a nice lean bulker, your condition is fine.
Go for a bit more muscle. You'll look great,I can't see you putting on much fat,you dont have the bodytype.
Looking good man:cool:

I agree with with Jasthace. You are pretty lean, simply by adding on lean mass, you will see more cuts and striations than you can now. Hell, even doing an all out bulker will do that for you with your bodytype. I say try to hit 225 and see if you can lean down to 215 shredded
PS- Looking pretty ripped bro

i agree with you Jasthace and Bench ... bro id suggest over the course of two cycles ... bulking up to 225 cutting to 215 ... bulking to 235 ... cutting 225 and entering a local competition ... your very lean, it wouldnt be that hard for you to hit that type of weight .... but everyone has different goals ...

by the way ... loving the ink man, i got some fresh ink myself two weeks back-

keep up the training brother, lookin good
