How old are you? How long lifting? I think too many sets for biceps for sure--- This is a strength training program and it is pretty hard core... what are your goals?? I would like to see a mixture of reps so you gain size as well as warm the muscles and tendons up and do not end up hurting yourself like I did by going too heavy all the time when I was younger.

This advice is right on. No need to be doing 5x5 on biceps or lateral raises. Use proper exercise selection as well as Rep scheme to warm up everything and achieve the best results

Thanks, I'll just go back to doing push, pull, legs, and I'll stop lifting so heavy on isolations.
