Is exercise cataboloic after 45 minutes

IS EXERCISE CATABOLOIC AFTER 45 MINUTES. LONG workouts start to get catabolic because of the increase of cortisol right? or is It because of lack of calories. Does this apply to cardio and lifting. how long should i wait between exercising?

After burning muscle glycogen it starts to get energy from fat and protein as well
this way you should be well nourished with high protein diet to supply protein to the muscle and don't overload it

1. Skipping your Breakfast
2. Not Eating Before a Workout
3. Waiting Too Long After Exercise to Eat
4. Replacing Meals with Energy Bars or Replacement Drinks
5. Eating Too Much Protein and Not Enough Carbs
