Is HGH overrated?

I have been taking serostim since May 1st, so now half a year. Started at 2iu for 3 months then 4 iu for 3 months.

The tendonitis in my shoulder hasnt healed much, my skin doesnt looks softer or more "airbrushed", fat loss was great when I was dieting hard but when I eat regular I actually rebounded some weight in the midsection. Sleep is good but I never had issues with sleep as I smoke a vape at night.

The main 2 things I have noticed is muscle fullness which I usually get from orals like Anavar and also body hair grows back at a much much faster rate to the point where I'm tired of constantly shaving my arms and body.

But other then these 2 things it doesnt seem like HGH is all that.

Sorry but 4 i.u are nothing … for real Progress you need at least 8 i.u ed . Better 10 and More . All under 8 i.u a really nothing

1. ^ no.

2. It isn’t overrated, it’s expected to deliver more than it ever could because peoples expectations are it being a miracle worker, wonder drug, missing piece, next coming of Jesus.

GH does what it’s supposed to. Take it for long enough periods with a competent diet, training, and AAS plan and profit from added lipolysis, recovery, and IGF.

This, because people really overestimate it's value. But saying that doesn't work it's blasphemy. Also 4iu are not that much

At lower doses (6ius or less), it's completely overrated.
Unless you're old.

And the temporary fullness is water that's gone once you stop.

Make sure your getting enough vitamin C which will help with the collagen deposition that increased IGF1 levels will result in.

Also, people respond very differently to hgh, where as it’s more akin to taking HCG instead of actual testosterone enanthate, propionate etc.

As in the resulting total T increase from HCG alone is highly variable, just like the resulting IGF1 increase from taking HGH is variable as well.

I’d suggest testing your IGF1 levels while using the gh to see where your at. Maybe come off for a few weeks and test without it to see how much effect your getting from it.

Certain protocols can increase the igf1 level rise you get from hgh, like being in a surplus of calories, timing of dose, and liver health.

You could micro dose igf1lr3 for a longer period of time potentially and get some healing with that. But it wouldn’t be my first go to for healing an injury. That would be more like 5mg Anavar, 1500mg Liposomal Vitamin C at night and maybe 1000mg with meals during the day, and also adding in BPC-157 and TB-500 also.

I take 4 iu daily and am 35, people shoot me to be 25.

The recovery when rehabbing injuries is also VERY noticeable.

It definitely also seems to have a calming / anti stress effect, along with improving cognitive function (memory, focus etc).

Muscle mass and fat loss? Kinda meh...

Ye i been told I dont look 36 as well. Been told around 27

Not sure what ppl are talking abt saying anything less than 8iu a day is nothing, it works great at just 2-3iu a day if you are in it long enough. Recovery, fullness, and it makes your gear more effective, sort of like fueling the fire if you will. But it’s definitely no miracle drug, all the nonsense abt eat whatever you want and keep getting leaner is absolute bullshit

Pharma and generic … But under 8 i.u its really nothing . For Example , a IFBB pro takes easy 20‘I.U per day .

big pharma even says 3-6months. And be fucking careful taking dosing advice from people.

You can seriously fuck your self up with GH. Your dose is chill long term. Keep running it.

I don't think that it's overrated, but I absolutely believe it's misunderstood. I don't think that guys, generally, understand fully its benefits and risks very often. I also think that individual differences (inter-individual variation) in efficacy & tolerability are substantial, with great variation between users.

RhGH use should be approached differently depending on whether the user is principally using it to enhance growth; to achieve fat loss; to enhance cardiorespiratory endurance or anaerobic capacity; to accelerate musculotendinous soft tissue healing; so-called "anti-aging" benefits (rooted in the assumption that the age-related decline in GH/IGF-I and aging mimics aspects of GH deficiency that can be reversed in part by rhGH), such as promoting more restful sleep, improving metabolic parameters, bone mineral density, etc.

I'll sometimes talk to guys that want to use rhGH, but abhor the fullness or "3D look" that it gives them; they even consider the use of diuretics. This is a clear case where rhGH just is not for this person. Retention of nitrogen, calcium, potassium, etc. & water is an indispensible step in how GH promotes anticatabolism & enhances protein balance.
