Is it dangerous to have pretty low cholesterol?

Post up your numbers.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but HDL works like a street sweeper in your arteries so it cleans off the plaque

Pretty much all of your hormones are made from cholesterol. So it could be detrimental to be too low. You didn't list your numbers tho

More likely hood to to of stroke, suicide, or depression with lower cholesterol then higher cholesterol. Low cholesterol is a sign you may be having bile issues resulting fat malabsorption, or you may have an infections or mold exposure. Its a sign you immune system is having major issues. Cholesterol is a major component of the brain. If you are on TRT, thyroid they can also lower cholesterol as well as they burn lipids. I would also look at pregnenolone levels. If they are low then you know you have possible issues with the main building blocks by not having enough fats despite eating them.
There is also a genetic issue called SLOS. Are you on statin drugs?

I'm out now so I can't post them but my family
members always tell that I should be the
healthiest guy around but I fell weak and tired.
