Is it fine to have a faster heartbeat on hgh and test?

I am currently on 300mg test and 8iu hgh, well I was on 8iu gh. I was having heart attack symptoms such as shortness of breath and tightness/pain in chest. I started taking 4ius gh 2-3 days ago instead of 8 and my heartbeat is still fast but definitely not as fast as before as i could literally feel my heart pumping out my chest before lmao. Also the tightness in my chest and the shortness of breath has probably shrinked 90 percent+ already. Will it continue shrinking, and should I be concerned about my heart rate being at 90-95 or is that normal on an hgh and test cycle.

1. Go to a doctor and get checked out - no you should not have a pulse near 100 with chest pain and shortness of breath - this is very abnormal
2. Read the forum rules and make an intro post
3. Please explain why the fuck you started on 8 iu of GH

(in that order)

Not normal at all.

If this isn't just being dramatic... why did you not go to the er?

go see your cardiologist. tell them you have tightness in your chest. They'll get you in quicker. Be upfront. Get bloodwork done asap. Drop the test to 200 per week and stop GH until you get a handle on things. I'd also suggest a stress test and calc score.

i didnt start on 8 i started on 3-4 then went to 6 mid july after 3 weeks, then bumped it up to 8 mid september.

You need to get your heart checked ASAP. EKG and echocardiogram. Bring the gear down to replacement dose until you get this sorted. If you're going to fuck around with gear, especially high dose GH, you need to keep your heart health in check. Yes its time consuming and boring to do daily cardio but its better than having a heart attack. If you start slacking on this even a little bit you're putting your self at unnecessary risk.

Stop the GH and drop your test to 150 - go to a doctor - get cardiac eval.

We are all very different but I can tell you that with a perfect diet, daily cardio, calorie deficit, etc. being on GH 4 iu daily for 8 months when I increased it to 5 iu daily my BP increased 20 points systolic. Went back to normal as soon as I dropped back to 4 iu. It takes a very long time to work yourself up to those dosages. There's a reason why even some super heavies dont go above 6 iu.

Title is really burying the lede. RHR isn't the primary issue, all of the other symptoms where you body was screaming at you that you were doing things to it that it didn't like, are.

A high RHR isn't ideal but there are a lot of factors that come into play there - people with genetically high RHR don't seem to die of cardiovascular disease more often than people with lower RHR, but people that would normally have a low RHR that have increased it due to having poor cardiovascular health do - probably not because of the RHR itself, but because it's a signal that your heart is not in good condition otherwise.

These were all signals that you need to get your heart health checked out and start taking steps to improve it. RHR is one of the weaker signals you received.

If he jumped right on test 300 mg I can see that giving him some increased sympathetic output with a high HR. But I agree with you - that's the least of his issues. God only knows what his BP is on the 8 iu of GH.

I get an arythmia from GH but not when I use Sermorelin. I get the arythmia even at doses of 1iu a day. I switched to low dose of 10 units daily of 10mg serm diluted in 3ml.
The GH would give me a racing, skipping heartbeat. It was especially noticable when I would go to lie down at night.

found out that my blood pressure is 136/79 and my heart rate is 86, went to the doctor today. The doctor said that Im normal. I heard Cialis lowers your blood pressure. Should I take that? Im going to try to work my way up to 500mg test and Id want to be on 5iu gh

dropped it to 4iu, after 4-5 days (i went to the doctor today) it was 136/79, is that bad?

Thank you bro, I decided to do 20 minute walks a day at 3mph, genuinely feels so much better after I do it.

What other testing did you have done to evaluate your complaints of chest pain and shortness of breadth? EKG? Echo? What about lab work? How are your kidney numbers and CBC? Hgb and HCT?

Please tell me the doc didn't call this anxiety without doing further testing.

That blood pressure isn't wonderful but it's not "bad". You should aim for less than 120 / 80 even on PED's. I would definitely NOT increase the dosage of anything you are taking with a baseline BP of 136 / 79.

I started out on 3-4 went to 6iu after 3 weeks around mid july, mid september i bumped it up to 8iu. now I have it back to 4iu, blood pressure is 136/79 after 4 days of dropping to 4ius

bro you gotta be kidding me my doctor literally just brushed it aside as anxiety, did i fuck up bad. I dont know what the numbers are below but my doctor said that it is relatively normal. My chest pain is probably reduced my like 80 percent though after dropping to 4iu. the shortness of breath went away basically/

P/PR 99/147
QRS 79 ms
QT/QTc 323/386 ms
P/QRS/T axis 44/9/6 deg
Heart rate: 86 bpm

on the one hand, it's good news that you are feeling better.

On the other hand, we don't know why you had the symptoms.

What we DO know is that 8 iu is too much, 6 iu is too much, and 4 iu is likely too much right now. Glad that you are feeling better, but I would get those dosages down until your HR and BP are normal. We are all different, but to give you an example, I'm 245 lbs running 700 mg / week with 4 iu of GH and my baseline BP is 116 - 124 / 63 - 68. The only BP impacting med I take is 5 mg cialis, and I don't take it for BP.

If I were you, i would cruise on something like 200 test and 2 iu of GH for at least a month and get some labs to see where your CBC, test, E2, and IGF-1 levels are. If thats ok and your BP is normal, then SLOWLY increase the dosage of either your test or your GH, not both at the same time, and not by huge numbers. 1 iu jump of GH is actually a lot. With test, i would not go more than 50 mg / week jumps.
