Is it possible to fill the chest gap?

Before you pull out the torches and pitchforks hear me out. And to clarify this is total bro science, and I've only heard it in a few places. The way they say to do it is inject MGF and IGF in the muscle right near the gap, not sure about the exact protocol though. Then you train for hyperplasia with weighted stretches, and many sets with high reps and low rest, with a month on and a month off. Has anyone tried this or is it total BS?

Haven't heard of any of this before,
But I did fill my girls chest gap last night. Ha

You looking to build up the muscle around the centre of your chest?

Cable crossovers, with a real focus on contraction at the end of the movement

Dumbbell press, at the top of the movement squeeze your pecs together, as if you were trying to crush something between them.

You can't target the "inner chest".

true you cant really "target" them, but decline flys for lower (gives the illusion) cable cross overs, and close-ish grip bench with bar or dumbells

I think it all comes down to genetics. You're not going to change your muscle shape, muscle length, nor muscle origins or insertions

I agree, the flys movement does work 100%. Pec deck machine (my preference) filled in the chest like magic. (Already extremely strong at benching/pressing with good chest development)

There are broscience things that just work. Like test prop for less water retention and "muscle targeting"
