Is it too soon?

This may belong in the trasining forum, but i know I will get more replies here and get them faster as well. It has been 5 weeks since my last cycle and I am about to go into my third week of PCT. I usually take a week long break from training every 4 months or so, but I havent taken one in a while and feel like my body needs one. Do you think it is to soon after my cycle to take a week off from lifting? SHould I just lift light and not much volume? DO you think I would lose a lot of gains?
 
i would train light, i myself think it is too soon after your cycle to take an entire week off from training, only because right now your going to battling to keep the weight you just gained....
 
my weight only dropped about 4-6 pounds since I have stopped the gear, but it has been holding steady for a while now. You still think I would have to worry much about losing that much wieght? I will be going on a prop/tren/winny cycle in about another 3 weeks
