Is steroidcalculator/plotter incorrect?

If you inject 100mg test susp. the calculators claim that at day 0 (post injection) you’ll have 138.63mg of testosterone. How is it possible to have a higher amount of testosterone than you injected?

Formula used for calculation

Release(t) = Dose • ActiveDose% • e^(-t*λ) • λ
λ = log(2) / HalfLife

It's a decent approximation that does not consider absorption but only first order elimination. It's output is release rate from a hypothetical bolus (mg/day) not serum concentration.

Because these calculators use an elimination half life for test no ester of 0.5 days the 100 mg gets multiplied by ln(2)/0.5.

In the real world test no ester behaves very similarly to Test Prop from pharmacokinetic standpoint (elimination half life closer to 1 day).

The actual serum profiles with injectable AAS look more like this...

First order absorption plus elimination.
