After you have came off or DNP is there a rebound effect where you will gain fat afterwards providing you keep your diet in check?
Also what is the best way to diet once you come off?
I was wondering the same thing but have been off for almost 2 weeks after an 11 day cycle of DNP and only gained a pound. Going to do another round starting tomorrow to try and drop about 7-10 more pounds before my November mass cycle. Plus I've been eating like shit this last week due to work hours and really have not noticed any fat gain.
