although there is one combo you can make yourself that would still be legal and awesome as well.I use it always. Half a tablet of aspirin, one tablet of caffeine like the one otc product no doze and one 25 mg tab of ephedrine hydrochloride.

i have highblood pressure and take med for it.. Will ephedrine Make my blood pressure go up alot?
