Could tb-500 be somehow formulated easily as a topical cream, or mustit be injected. Im trying to find something to help out my wifes bad back pain.

Sorry if this sounds dumb, but thanks for any help.

I don’t think TB-500 will do anything for a nerve.

I’d look into Ibudilast, Minocycline, or 4-Aminopyridine instead. Maybe even a topical NGF, though I’m not sure if that exists—do your research.

Thanks for the info, ill be looking into these. She has nerve damage from a car wreck, as well as a herniated disk(which she claims doesnt bother her but i still wonder if it is causing or at least attributing to pain, and a knot that hurts im not sure what it is.

I think we should go to another dr and check things out, as i wasnt with her when she saw the dr at the time.

You absolutely must, if you want to save her quality of life. Backs are complex, and the overwhelming majority of specialists are incompetent, or only interested in you as a very profitable operation.

The "nerve damage" claim sounds like bullshit, as it requires extensive specialized testing

I urge you to find a neurosurgeon in a large, preferably university affiliated hospital.

Once you're there, say "She was in a car accident. We want a plan that will allow for the most effective relief of pain and restoration of full capability."

You MUST be an aggressive advocate. Most people with back injuries suffer for life, a lot of them needlessly, most caused by putting blind faith in doctors. Nearly EVERY back problem can be resolved if addressed soon enough. and properly. One wrong operation and your life can be ruined. Avoid fusion. Disc Replacement only, if surgery is proposed.
