IS this true?

what do you guys think of the following statement?

"some people have fat deposits that are resistant to diet or exercise no matter what they do".

I seem to be one of these people. I have a super ripped 4 pack (lol, that was hard to admit) but I have a small pockets of fat over my 'lower abs'. They seem to be resistant to any diet or exercise...

I'm going to run tren at 100mg/eod with some omnas. I do shoot wrestling 2 days a week, and muay thai once a week, as well as 3x a week weights. This is the last run I make before I consider getting lipo.

Is the above statement incorrect? Can ANYONE get super ripped with the right drugs, and the right program?

Keep in mind, i'm not some little pussy who wants to get ripped for spring break. I train my f'n ass off. In fact, its saturday night here, and I just got in from windsprints at 10:30.

so tell me, am I destined for the lipo cannula, or can I get ripped on the right dosage of tren/good diet/lots of training?

yes it can go away... the lower back and lower abbs are usually the last to go.. i had the same problem.. took thyroid and clen and dieted for a bb show with tren ,etc.... after it came off it didnt come back until i tried bulking up for powerlifting... but it did stay off while i was active(cardio) .. pm me and i can tell you how to lose it quikly...it will suck buts its quik:)

Yeah but the real problem is when you do all that extra cardio and dieting you do end up losing the fat but also a lot of muscle from places you dont wanna lose like arms, chest, delts, traps, etc.You end up looking like one of those pretty boy models who do underwear Ads.

I'm in the same place, ripped up except a very very little bit of fat around my lower abs. I'm thinking of ordering some leptigen (sp?) but need to do a bit more research first.

The good news is it can (and will) come off.........unfortunately I've never been able to do it without losing some strength and size.

I'd love to hear more from those who have had stubborn fat, but found a good way to get rid of that last bit without droppping to much muscle.

LOL . . .I just finished my first bulk which guys on this forum helped me put together and now I'm tryin to shed the extra gurth I added along with my muscle mass. I've got a thread goin in the nutrition forum about stacking different diet aids if anyone's interested b/c I feel thats what our kind of people need (the four pack people). We can't seem to lose that last bit. If anyone wants to add anything into that thread to try to get some good convo goin . . .feel free. I wanna lose this pudge more than any of you!, but I can't afford to lose the mass I just put on, so I think diet aids are a necessity.

CHECK IT OUT
