When I train I may not be the biggest,strongest,best technique, most cut etc.
but I have to be the most intense....after about 5 yrs now
I work myself with the use of music and meditation into a beast, dripping sweat looking through people.
And putting up "decent numbers" i.e. 100 lb dumbbells x 6 on the shoulder press
I've been told I'm scary when I get into my zone.
dammit I get....emotional.
is that normal?
