funny. i was going to put this up myself.
but where i saw it there was no mention of 'anabolic steroids' although thats what was implied they would do. rather they were called hydrosteroids. im 99% sure of that. when i googled it. it came up in the same news story. one from fox news. the only one. all other matches came up hydroxysteroids. no mention of this term today. hydrosteroids. no match to the article. but. i wonder.
i eat more whole olives. because maslinic acid is waste product of olive oil. and i eat more quinoa because its bursting with ecdysteroids. and ecdysteroids were once sold as a supplement. if they still arent. laxogenin. is an ecdysterone. and added to a supplement by our own ironmanlabs. deca drol max. and brassinosteroids. Dianabol for potatoes, brassinosteroids for bodybuilders so i continue to refine my diet. for function and taste. and hope more natural remedies come out. but im refining my diet. for both. and it doesnt seem hard. maybe some things thats taste good are good for you. and my diet is tasty. and easy.

what ever. unless he discovered it and/or is manufacturing it. its out there. for others. and hes still the best. give bolt juice to insane bolt and hes fast as lightning. give it to some guy named slow spark and nothing.
im serious about the little things in diet. everyone seems to take supplements. sports supplements or just basics. and theres more. the way some steroids bind to the ar and something like anadrol not so much. some categorize them as class 1 and class 2. but together they compliment. and some simple things are in food. some of which ive been eating for years. and they just get more interesting. some new. but a lot of people it seems have trouble eating good. and its not that hard. the right foods. at the right time. in the right amounts. at different times. in different amounts. with some physical activity. and i just might be on to something here.
