Calling to all experts, bro-chemists, trenboloners, peptidologists, actual phds.... lol
@Ghoul @Photon

Jano mentions sterile water reconned peps could last more than what we previously thought. Should we Europeans quit stressing over bac water and just get the real deal from the pharmacy? He mentions 2-4 weeks in the fridge. This got me fucked up. Can we agree on consensus?

It does seem like the discourse on peptide fragility is changing some. They are obviously still very fragile but maybe not as delicate as we previously thought.

This is strictly anecdotal, but recently Tracey posted the results from a customers retested QSC GH that he claims was from a batch that was maybe a yr old or so. I can't make definitive claims on how much truth there is in what Tracay said regarding dates but the numbers came back almost identical, which really isn't all that hard to believe, tbh. Especially when stored properly. I just remember when I first started GH last December my biggest concern was degradation and I'd order so that a vial was finished with 2 injections within roughly 24hrs. Now it seems a lot of those concerns were possibly overblown.

I respect what Jano contributes. He’s a capable, ethical analyst providing a service most legitimate labs avoid.

That said, some people treat his results with a halo effect that obscures the limits of a small, university style lab with limited equipment. He’s strong for what he does, but he’s not operating at the level of FDA or pharma development teams.

Instead of a long primer on peptide analysis, here’s one key question to ask yourself.

Google it or use AI and follow up until you’re confident in the answer.

“Are RP-HPLC and SEC-HPLC alone sufficient to detect all relevant defects/degradation in unregulated peptide or rHGH samples, or can they falsely suggest acceptable purity and efficacy?”

Take 5 minutes to find the answer, and you will have a much better understanding of the test results that come from the methods being used.

I know you wouldn't let us down. This gives me a lot more insight and really appreciate it bud. So Mass Spectrometry (MS) is what is missing here? Jano doesnt have it?
