Just like to get some input from you vets. Allways lifted heavy, 18yrs in powerlifting comp. Allways tried to be tough guy in later years and just lift through the pain.(time off after injuries) Lots of shoulder, elbow and knee pain (never had surgery!) Shoulder injuries took me out of competition. So! I never did anything for pain management. Trying to teach an old graybass some new tricks. Whats up with Nubain? How is it taken? I have been lifting lighter(I fuckin hate that) for a couple of years, but now I feel alot better,(could be 1gram test, 500mg deca ea Wk.,A-bombs ED 50mg)LOL . Would really appreciate some feedback from some of you older guys.(I know lots of people BS on here, but I'm still squating over 500, and trying to get my old broken shoulder bench back over 315 at 45 yrs old,AAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGG there I said it 45
By the way I am living proof steroids can be done responsibly for 20yrs. Never had any other health issues!!! Feel like Godzilla on roids

Any input on pain management would be highly appreciated.

P.S. what do you guys think of that cycle(K.I.S.S.)

I can relate-I'm 42 and have been lifting since 9th grade! I would think that deca would give some relef to your joints once it kicks in. Definately stay away from the bain, highly addictive and would only mask the problem. Have you tried glucosamine? It works reasonably well in less severe cases of osteoarthritis, but you need to run it for several months at about 1500mg/day to see some effects. There are always prescription drugs like celebrex if you decide to go that route. The biggest thing for me is knowing when to say when! I still lift heavy, but not every workout on every exercise. Work on getting a periodization schedule for your training that will allow you to reach your goals without beating yourself up all the time. I'm living proof that you can teach an old dog (and a stubborn one at that) new tricks. Good luck and good lifting!

I'm 40 years old and still a competitive submission grappler. My joints are always sore, but I just tried Cellebrex(sp) and it seemed to really help me when I'm not running Deca. I had no luck with Glucosamine & Chondroitin supps, and for the price of those, you can get the Cellebrex.

Stay away from Nubain!! Nothin but trouble wiht that shit. Try things like Bextra, Celebrex or some other types of anti-inflamatorys. You might have to face the facts that you are not going to get any younger so you might just have to ease up on the real heavy weights a bit. Peace

I can vouch for staying away from Nubain. A friend of a friend of mine began using it, and became hooked on it. Needless to say, his body has gone to shit because of it. And don't think you can keep it under control, because before you know it, IT will be controlling YOU.

I thought that winstrol was the bigger responsible for joints damage, but i guess its not the only one. 2 things, - 1st Stay away from Nubian bro, that shit is adictive and leads nowhere. 2nd Dont lift as much as you can , a little less , for a longer period. Longer sets pump us good as well.
