A bit about me: I am a powerlifter born with fragile bird bones. I'll spend much more time in the injury forum than the training forum. Ok squatter, shitty bencher, so-so deadlifter. I enjoy the deadlift the most because it has the greatest potential to increase my total and irreparably injure me. I'm a westside style/DUP/prilepin lifter so I generally do upper/lower and train 4-5 days a week.
I stay light on the drugs. B&C guy. I'm usually all test maybe some drol to peak--unless I'm too fat for the 220 class, then I'll use halo. I occasionally take some mibolerone, but mostly it's before meetings at work.
It usually takes a couple of years to run me off of a forum, so just be patient.
I lift equipped and raw, though my last few meets have been raw. Haven't competed since 2014 when I had my AC joint reconstructed. So that was fun. Still eyeballing a comeback...possibly at 198. But who knows.
