I am currently about 233 in the morning probably between 12-14bf%

Deadlift 545x2
Squat 585x1 with a belt and wraps to the floor no half squats.
I stopped benching for numbers I train my chest with pre exhaustion and super and giant sets for pump and volume.
Doing hiit cardio on the bike upon waking 15 mins. Sprint 20 seconds, cruise 40 seconds.
Calories right now 4000; 400 carbs 350 pro, 111 fat. Both cardio and calories will be gradually increased looking to tighten up but make size and strength gains. As for the gear:
Test enth: 300mg a week
Tren enth: 600mg a week
Eq: 600mg
Dbol kicker for the first 2 weeks at 40mg pre workout.
Adex .5mg eod and prami on hand.
Gonna run the test and eq for 20+ weeks and the tren is gonna be kept in as long as I can. Front loaded 750 eq this morning and I'll be pinning 150test and 300 tren tonight.
Gonna keep this updated on the food, training, and the gains of course. Looking to eventually pull 585 for a triple and squat 615.
