Hello Broskis and Brohams,

New to the boards new to the site. All advice and criticism is welcome. Not sure how to do an intro so let me just start with some info. 25 years old, male, 6'2, 215, guessing around 14-15% body fat. Life long athlete but started specifically weight training about 3 years ago that's not including strength and conditioning I had done for sports in the past.

I am here because I have made the adult decisions using reasoning and weighing pros and cons. Something which I have contemplated for the last year or so. Which is to take anabolic steroids. I am still in the process of gathering information and deciding what is the right path to take. Although it is set in my mind that I'm going to do it and do it for as long as my body allows.

I'm positive there is a bunch of experienced people here with very valuable information in which I can use and I want to find that person or handful of people to help mentor me through my journey. If you're that person please reach out!

Thank you for the fast response. Definitely appreciate it! I know that nothing is given to you in this world. Same thing goes in the gym and in your diet. Every ounce of muscle has to be earned. I'm just looking for people to give advice and fine tuning on ground work and research I have already done. For example I just got blood work done in order to know what my natural baselines are before I just jump on a cycle. I'm really looking for someone to take a quick glance at my result and give me a little feed back. But you're right I do need to further educate myself. Much love

Welcome brother!! Always do the research and make sure you have everything plan out before taking that first jab! So many time people rush and thinking about all the gainz they're going to get-they overlook safety and health.. Safety-making sure you know how to sanitize, wash your hands, and making sure the gear is clean (no floater, etc). Health- is making sure after your cycle that you return to base (or close to normal) before starting/thinking about another cycle.. Remember, you only have one body-treat it right. No gainz worth dying for!!
 
Welcome! Black out all personal info on your blood work and post them in this thread. There are many members here that can and will help. Meso can be tough on new members, but keep thick skin and do your research. After a while you will see the members here only try to keep you safe.

Flaming dragon, thank you! That is a very good point.haven't given that part of the process much thought. Although I will have sterile equipment available to me due to a family member who works in the surgical field. But it is definitely and step that should not be over looked. And there is no rush. I want to do this in the most responsible and safest way possible. The reason I am here is because I have found this forum to have a ton of info on how to get it done that way.

Yes I understand that I am new and to be humble. I'm honestly just looking for people to pass on any experience, advice, criticism. That can make thing go as smoothly as possible. The last thing I want to do is mess up my body and health. I will post my blood work to this thread now. Thanks.

I know this is just a basic hormone panel without free test and Cholesterol but I was told it would be fine for a precycle base. If anything stands out to you please let me know.

Your AST and ALT level seems kinda high.. wanna get that check. Eventho pinning AAS is much safer then orals.. it will still pass thru your liver to be metabolized.

Definitely they are. I was looking into that last night. It came up that this can be from strenuous exercise. And I have been lifting 7 days a week doing hitt training 5 nights a week and also a bit of mma in between so I was thinking I could be a little over worked. Could that be the reason or am I way off?

What are your goals?

My goals are not to specific... I currently max out 315 on bench I y would like to get that to 405. And I just wanna be jacked. Like for people to look at you and there is no doubt in their mind that you lift. I don't really have a desire to compete . I just love to lift and it would be nice to walk in the gym and be the biggest strongest mf in there.

could be one of the many reasons..just keep an eye on it and repeat your bloodwork before starting.

So let's say I took 500 mg of test e. Would that only be boosting my test very little. How do ng/dl convert to mg is what I am trying to ask and understand

This may be a stupid question but what's up with your shirt? Not yours specifically but I've seen 4 different peeps wearing that shirt lately... Does it have anything to do with the actual va? Welcome to meso brother .. your off to a good start here

It's different with everybody. 500mg a week should put you anywhere from 2500-5000ng/dl which would mean you're making gains!

500 mg will boost you levels A lot go to the steroid lab testing section and look at some of the blood work see what 500 mg did for other people
