I have been browsing a while and just wanted to say thanks for all the great info. My profile does not match what you are probably used to seeing here, as I am 50+ years old. I have spent most of my life in the gym (though not a bodybuilder). I also love endurance sports and am a former marathon runner (not since 2010 though). I spend lots of time on the bike now and I'm curious about ways to improve my performance. I asked my Doctor about testosteronne treatment, and he said I have been watching to many TV commercials. So I decided to explore other options. I would welcome any advice. Thanks in advance.
