Hey guys, looking to fit in here like another brick in the wall.
Currently 39 years young, 6'6, 295lbs, bf around 28%? Stopped lifting for a while and caring about my diet but Im back at it.
Previously (little over a year ago) I was 250 at 17% bf. My goal is to get down to about 240-250 range and 10-12% bf. Not sure what that would look like but thats my goal for now.
Currently on TRT 160 test cyp a week and some aromasin 12.5mg 2x a week as well as multiple vitamins and some dhea 25mg.
I have experience in healthcare and mental health/detox among other random shit. I have never ran a cycle but will be doing so once I lose some weight first. Currently working on my future stash.
Lifting wise I have 3 good years of knowledge and good lifting experience. But I have lifted off and on since high school football. Really wish my football coaches knew about how to lift and build muscle. I didnt learn shit about lifting in high school. It was all "just go in there and lift shit". Such a waste.
