Hey fellas, I'm not exactly new but I've always just lurked in the background. I'm a few years into the game, a reformed fat guy and former drug addict. Fitness totally changed and saved my life. It's the near addictionI've ever had lol. I'm 6'3" and anywhere between 215 and 245 depending on the time of year. Looking to add another 10 in the next year.

Started running a couple years ago, turned into alifting addiction. Best one of them all
