See attached pics. This is a baseline before considering trying my first cycle. :)

Does everything look ok? Testosterone looks low to me & SHBG high but I'm no expert. Any advice appreciated.. thanks

Testosterone: 14.7nmol/L = 424 ng/dl
SHBG: 46nmol/L

These convert to:
Free Testosterone: 0.241 nmol/L = 1.64 % = 7 ng/dl
Bioavailable testosterone: 5.64 nmol/L = 38.4 % = 163 ng/dl

What does it all mean?

Healthy numbers bro.... You did great getting a baseline before you start your cycle.

What's your cycle going to look like?

sorry. here are the numbers within their ranges.. bare in mind the ranges are for age 20 - 85.

There's no free T graph, see it below. The SHBG is high which means the actual free T is really low.. (the graphs dont show free T but it's gonna be very low.

Free T: Free Testosterone: 0.241 nmol/L = 1.64 % = 7 ng/dl

First, good job getting baseline tests. Second, 424 is a little low but everybody is different. Dont let the numbers dictate how you feel. As long as you feel alright, make gains in the gym and can get it up when its time for some lovin`, then everything is awesome.

I can't though, that's partly why I got the test done. I have no libido, (could go on for months without anything).. don't feel motivated, no energy, and can't gain in the gym like I normally do.

I wish I had this test done when I was feeling normal, to know if the level had dropped now.

Never done AAS.

Well with those levels I think you will be hard pressed to have a doc prescribe TRT. Mine was around 290, and we tested many probabilities before he wrote me the scrip. Just make sure its not something else before committing to a lifetime of test injections.
But if you want to just say "fuck it give me test!" Im sure a male clinic, while expensive, would be more than happy to take you on as a client.

How can I be sure it's not something else? The doc isn't willing to help, I've changed GP several times but in my country (UK) most GPs are unwilling to do tests and instead just put everything down to stress.. That's the kind of health service we pay for here. I had to pay for these tests privately, even though I pay £hundreds a month to the national health service.

There is a whole battery of tests they can run. You might even want to try clomid restart as well. Or, even through its a bad idea, you can do a cycle and not run PCT and absolutely crush your test levels and then get bloods from a doctor again. BUT as I said its a bad idea, and your levels might not ever bounce back to where the are now, and you would be screwed if you cant get TRT.

But since I have no clue about trying to get on TRT in the UK, you might want to go to a UK based forum and ask there.

I know there's a whole battery of tests they can run, that's not the problem - the key is persuading them to do it. Unless you go in with a broken leg unable to walk, most doctors put everything down to 'stress' and send you away refusing to do tests. They just don't want the hassle. I don't want to self medicate blindly, I want to find a doctor who will help investigate this without giving up. I have posted on a UK forum as well, but it's full of hot-head keyboard warriors who just post angry / emotional comments to new users and don't have any constructive info or knowledge to portray. I'm in the wrong country clearly.

I'll try to find a new doctor (again).

Was ur estrogen at 70? Seems a bit high to me using no gear. .... anyone else? Or am i not reading that right? Is there a conversion there?

70 is pretty high but it all depends on his ranges.
Ok sorry to double post..

But looking at his stuff again. I'd be pretty worried, his ck levels are extremely high (recovering from sort of injury or he has a muscle wasting problem (hiv) and his urea level is extremely high..

So not only is his estrogen somewhat high, but those other two problems are probably a cause of his sex drive.

I'd doubt your 400 test level is giving you a sex drive issue. My good buddy blasts probably 3x a year and still gets functioning under the sheets with a natty level of 230.. (6ft 240 lb guy, probably means his ranges are higher than yours, meaning he is more suppressed than you are and still getting hard)
