Keeping Gains

What do you guys find that helps you keep your gains after you come off of a cycle. I will be starting my cycle w/ drol and cyp. 250 and i have nolva on hand as well as clomid. Just curious how to keep the majority of my gains, but I am aware I will lose some of them.

The main goal is to overcome the Crash you efperiance, this will consist of energy/motavation levels dropping dramatically, this usally occures 3-4 weeks after AAs uses is discontinued(depending on ester weight of the AAs). I found that Ephedrine (now banned) as well as energy dirnks(epherdra, ma hung, and B-12) helps to give you that extra needed kick. You can also Bridge using lower androgenitic AAs to help with your recovery, but this requires great understanding of each chemical compound and it's bio-chemical reaction on the body.

If you haven't trained seriously for at least five years or so and learned proper nutrition and training then it will always be a struggle to keep your gains, and more than likely you will never go "off". (meaning you will bridge or take gear in smaller quantities when off to hold your gains). I can give you a list of supplements,etc that "might" help, but training(lowering the volume but still lifting heavy) and proper nutrition will do the best job and enable you to keep just about ALL of you gains! But you will lose water weight no matter what you do. So the scale weight will drop but that's normal. And it is WAY better to come off completely between cycles, for your long term health. This is just my opinion and everyone has the freedom of choice. Don't learn the hard way bro. Take your time and do it right.
