This is gonna be my cycle, progress and training log to share with you guys. If you wanna give me tips, want any advice who knows lol, ask me here.
I'll be heading to Thailand in feb for 3 weeks, as soon as I'm back I'll be running my cycle.
I'm currently around 235lbs shredded. If you didn't know I posted a thread mentioning me aiming for 275-300lbs.
