Hey all..too much to write all at once..just good to be here,have plenty of questions,already bought my test E, and Nolva..BUT I'm in a "learning" cycle (lol)before I touch anny of it tho,sitting nice and neat in a drawer until it's time....I'm 37, experienced, knowledgeable but haven't worked out "competitively" in ten years, ..I've always found research and knowledge have helped me outperform a number of my "get numbers" friends,so I'm looking for friendly,knowledgeable people to basically..share a passion of working out,and help me "nerd out" on the world of supplementation..never cycled before,excited abt it for sure.. but determined to DO IT RIGHT.thanks and hi!!

Awesome, appreciate it for sure, basic stats are 5'10" ,I range +/- 220lbs,depending on work and diet,my big 3's are low range (had a baby boy 5 yrs ago..annd double hernia mesh implants 2 years ago(work related) Soo..ugh:( ..bench 275x3 comfortably,squat 300x2 with extreme shame lol..(fear of "blowing out" implant holds me back so much)..deadlift still around 275x2 on a good day....I'm playing the long game here,so not looking for instant results but..my best was 450 deadlift,365 bench,400 squat at 265 lbs,34" waist,..my goals as of right now..consistent gains,balanced workouts with a focus core,legs and back..I'm thinking of the "basic 4" powerlifting approach..large muscle groups and simple controlled workouts..although I love "fine tuning" workouts..
 
Ok I'm gonna ask a question I probly don't want to hear the answer to,..if I'm not a hardgainer,and haven't plateau'd,am still showing gains through fine tuning diet and otc supplements...do I need to hold off on a 12wk Test-E only cycle until I stop seeing gains? Am I being greedy or will this just fast-lane my results? There's a TON of conflicting info,I understand patience and research will always prevail with hard work,but I also want to get 100% if I'm giving 100%..

At 37yrs old bro that is completely up to you if you wana run one or not. Its npt like your some young 18-24yr old kid who only wants to cycle to "get big quick"....im not gonna say yes or no, like i said in the end its up to you
 
I appreciate that,I'm gonna think on it until I know 100% what will deliver the results I'm looking for,..research twice and don't waste a workout for now.,I'm gonna keep posting both progress and questions,if anyone else is new,or has a cycle under thier belt,maybe some personal experience would help with the hands on stuff..embarrassingly I'm still under educated on pinning..the best areas,safety how-to's..this isn't stuff I can ask people at the gym lol ..I've been pulling hourrrs of research a day and taking notes like a madman but..it's nice to have a two sided convo..I'm gonna look around the site and forums for a while get to know Meso

For a first time cycle this is what I recommend:

14 weeks Test E or Test Cyp 250mg Monday and 250mg Thursday
hcg 500iu twice a week
AI when needed
pct nolva and clomid 2 weeks after last shot

My opinion is dont run gear until you max out your natural potential. If your still making good gains, hold off on the cycle until you plateau.

Your old enough to make the decision if you want to hop on gear. Just make sure your training and diet is on point, and you buy everything you need ahead of time.
 
Thanks bro I appreciate it for sure,I'm showing small but extremely steady gains each workout,I decided on a 5 day on/ 2 day off for now. m/th chest-tris-shoulder, t/fr back bi traps, sat focus on legs and lower back (weak areas wanted a whole day just for those) ..I am having a bit of trouble locating a decent a.i., seems online is the way to go for all of this,again tons of research, I haven't priced clomid yet, but am patient,and happy to be back "lifting things up,and putting them down" !!
 
Thaaats exactly what I was scoping around for man, appreciate that for sure..and I agree,I'm all about having everything first,I've read literally days worth of forums,100 different viewpoints and they all agree in that aspect.. I do have 2 quick questions...50% say take an A.i. from day one thru cycle/50% say wait till week 6 or so because of the long ester nature of Test-E, is there any definitive data on that? I will be keeping a log,and adjusting as I go...until then no rush...2nd..on a "natural" lift program,I keep calories high (balanced but still high) so I tend to keep an extra ten lbs as a cushion, but..15% bf seems to be the cutoff for a healthy cycle (bf=aromatase buildup?),.but if I lean out first I'll be sacrificing some gains.? anyone's welcome to "weigh in" on that one (gahhh) thanks!!
 
1. Only take an AI when needed. No point putting extra drugs in your body if they arent needed. If you notice estrogen related sides start taking an AI and when the sides go away, stop the AI.

2. You wont sacrifice gains by losing some bodyfat. Try to stay lower than 15%. I prefer to stay around 12%-13% unless I'm competing and have to go lower.
