I am on Outpatient now was wondering is it possible to to take kratom without failing? I was so addicted to it at one point, i am just curious as i believe it will absolutely. And the half life of it is so long.
Its the urine tests they send in to lab so they test for anything. It is definitely not worth the risk.

actually writing this out, its a stupid thought. Nevermind, unless this helps someone else out.

Typical urine drug screens either done with a test kit or on an analyzer will only screen for:

marijuana, cocaine, opiates, methamphetamine, amphetamines, PCP, benzodiazepine, barbiturates, methadone, tricyclic antidepressants, ecstasy, and oxycodone.

Most labs will pre-screen them with a higher cut off using a testing kit and that is THC, Coc, Opiates, Meth, Amph, PCP, Benzo, Barb, methadone, oxycodone. If this is negative the test is reported, if positive it's done on an analyzer with lower cut off.

Typically other more exhaustive drugs screens are only done if there is a medical cause. Like a kid ingesting something unknown or a rape victim that is passed out. Or a concerned parent that wants to pay out of pocket for the whole works of a toxicology lab.

My friends DUI classes caught him using it

Reference labs like Mayo, Quest..ect have much more extensive testing, but you would have to have a set of controls that contain Kratom and you would have to have a testing kit on the analyzer that would be specific for Kratom and this is extremely expensive for lower volume testing.

Most employers would never pay for anything beyond drugs (9 test panel) of abuse unless there is a serious accident that could result in a huge lawsuit, but even then most of the time federal, state, trucking, train, plane...ect they really just want common drugs of abuse and alcohol to clear a worker of causing an accident.

Kratom could cause a false positive on a testing kit, but not an analyzer that is specific for that test.

Can you explain your situation a little more?
I called the outpatient center. Its no good.

what my sitatuion, is i got a dui and drug charge. I have court soon. I went to rehab and now am in outpatient rehab. Trying to stay sober but these freaking urges are rough. So was looking for something to take once in a blue moon. But i get random tested. I called they test for every drug. Like EVERYTHING. Like a 35 panel drug test.

Recommend nicotine my guy. I had an issue with Benzos and pot. I was addicted as fuck to weed. Don’t care what anyone says, it’s a thing, I started vaping like poshes mr fogs and a cig every now and then. Slowly began to ease away and lean into nicotine more.

now this sounds absolutely retarded but it helped me and put me in a 10x better place. The urge is hard to fight. Getting a small buzz off a vape isn’t the same high, but it’s a nice buzz that can cause you to relax.

Quitting nicotine isn’t that hard for me, I just enjoy it too much. New Years is when I plan to go 1000% clean besides my adderall script and some anabolics.

I was thinking that too. I am doing meetings, and staying busy. But dam i just need a second away from these urges.

Ill try a vape, even just for the beginning. I can stop cigs easy too.

Yes I remember those much more extensive drug urine panels. They were in my case collected for pain management doctors because their patients were drug addicts and I believe it was state law that patients and doctors had to be in strict compliance to prevent patients from doctor shopping to stock up. I also remember running them on families that lost their children due to drugs and were court ordered to stay clean for a designated period before they could get them back.

I'm gonna bet those drug panels cost $300 to run as the paperwork alone took me 25 minutes to fill out.
