Just wondering the personal preferences of people on here. I, for one, love a good mix of red borneo and white maeng da. Gives me all the good feels. How about everyone else?

Do you have experience with painkillers or other opioids? If so, what's the comparison.

@Whoremoans yes, plenty. Kratom doesn't get you "there" if you know what I'm saying. But for pain relief, red strains are fantastic. A heavy enough dosage will get you the sedative effects, numbness, and a good sense of euphoria though. But it isn't going to equal the feeling of a perc or OC.

@Whoremoans Kratom comes in different strains and each has differing effects. Your dosage also gives varying effects between upper or downer like qualities. Maeng da is a great in between and is generally referred to as the strongest blend. Your red blends tend to be better for pain relief or sedative effects. Your green blends tend to be more uppers and will give you great energy and focus. Hope this helps!

It got banned but it's still around. There's actually a kratom source that's sponsored on ASF.

It was going to be banned but then they overturned that decision because of the community. Kratom is responsible for helping a ton of opiate addicts getting clean.
You can purchase it in headshops still but I ordered from buy-kratom.us. It was probably the best investment I've ever made.

i made a mistake of getting a big spoon full of powder and tried to down it. the worst taste i have ever experianced. so i just encapulated like 12 pills and took them. does the job but it aint no oxy obviously

Well I'm currently trying to detox off opiates so if anyone would be willing to donate some kratom to the whoremoans recovery fund it would be greatly appreciated.

@Whoremoans your local headshops should have Kratom. If not, the online delivery was like a one week process. I can attest to the fact that it will curb withdrawal symptoms, and would suggest you try out a red strains. Maybe some borneo or bali

My local headshop sells bottles of kratom capsules for like $40. I took half a bottle once and felt nothing whatsoever. I'm sure there is better bang for your buck on that type of stuff online but I'm flat broke right now anyway.

I've heard it is but have not tried it myself. I've used green strains instead of coffee in the morning which kept me insanely focused and gave a ton of energy. So I would guess it would work well

Hmmm........what to do if one lives in one of the 6 states where K is banned. Ideas??
I wouldn't use it for that... Much better for post workout IMO.
But that's just me, maybe some guys would get a boost from it... Some people like smoking weed before lifting, I am far from one of them.
I often think it would have been nice to have kratom for when I was trying to kick some bad habits... But, even with it I kind of doubt it would have made detoxing fun... There's no such thing.
I've used kratora twice and thought they were good. I think prices are reasonable even if you're low on cash.
